This month, I’m all about psychic development, and I’m SO excited to invite you to explore this powerful side of yourself. I’ve been diving deep into my own practice, and I thought it would be amazing to bring you along for the journey!

 

Because I’m not doing mediumship readings this month, I’m offering you some fun, interactive ways to tap into your own intuitive gifts and give your psychic abilities a boost.

Let’s Test Your Psychic Power with a Fun Exercise 

Have you ever experienced a gut feeling or that little voice in your head that told you something before you even knew it was true? That’s your intuition in action, and I’m going to help you strengthen it. Here’s a simple exercise you can try right now:

 

Grab a pen and paper (or open a new note on your phone) and let’s play a little game. Ready for your first psychic test?

 

Here’s how it works:

  • Step 1: I want you to take a few deep breaths and centre yourself for a moment.

  • Step 2: Close your eyes and ask a question. It can be anything you’ve been curious about—whether it's related to your life, your work, or just something fun and random! (Just ask the question in your mind.)

  • Step 3: Keep your mind quiet and focus on the first image, word, or feeling that pops up in your head.

  • Step 4: Write it down! Don’t worry if it feels random—just jot it down. You might be surprised at how accurate your first instinct can be! 

Example:You could ask, "What’s coming up for me this week?" or "What’s something I need to know right now?"

Here’s the thing—trust your first instinct. It’s often the clearest message, and it’s one of the most common ways our intuition communicates. When you practice this regularly, you’ll become more attuned to those gut feelings.

Psychic Practice: Let’s Have a Color Reading

 

Let’s get playful with this! Did you know that colours carry their own energy and messages? Colours carry unique vibrations and can reveal a lot about your current energy or emotional state. Ready to find out what colour is calling you today? They’re like little windows into the subconscious!

 

Try this:

  • Step 1: Take a moment to ground yourself and clear your mind.

  • Step 2: Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

  • Step 3: Ask your intuition to show you a colour.

Don’t think about it too much—just let the first colour that pops into your mind come forward.

 

Now, based on your colour, here are some meanings:

🔴 Red: Passion, energy, and strength. You might be feeling a burst of motivation or desire to take action. 🟠 Orange: Creativity and joy. You could be in a space where inspiration is flowing freely, or your emotional energy is balanced. 🟡 Yellow: Confidence and intellect. You might be gaining clarity or finding your inner strength. 🟢 Green: Healing and growth. Your energy could be focused on self-care or nurturing relationships. 🔵 Blue: Communication and calm. You may be seeking inner peace or have a desire to express yourself more freely. 🟣 Purple: Intuition and spiritual connection. Your intuition may be trying to speak to you, or you’re feeling a deep sense of spirituality.

As you practice this, you may begin to notice certain colours coming up more often, indicating specific energy shifts, emotions, or even spiritual messages.

 

A NOTE ON COLOURS: It’s important to remember that colour interpretation is subjective to each individual. The meanings I’ve shared are general, but they may not fit how you personally experience or resonate with certain colours. So, explore the colours you see or sense during your practice and observe how they feel to you. What emotions or memories do they stir? What energy do you associate with them? Trust your intuition as you develop your own understanding of colour meanings!

 

Psychic Sensitivity: Practice Feeling Energy

 

Another awesome way to develop your psychic abilities is to practice feeling energy. This is one of my favourite exercises, and it’s super fun.

 

All you need are your hands!

 

Here’s the practice:

  • Step 1: Rub your hands together quickly for about 30 seconds to build up energy.

  • Step 2: Slowly separate your hands, keeping them about 6 inches apart.

  • Step 3: Move your hands closer together and further apart, slowly.

As you do this, notice if you feel any sensations:

  • Do you feel a tingling?

  • Is there a magnetic pull between your hands?

  • Or maybe there’s a sense of warmth or coolness?

This sensation is static energy from your own aura, and it’s a sign that you are beginning to tap into your personal energy field. The more you practice this, the more you’ll be able to distinguish the subtle energies around you.

  • Step 4: Pay attention to the sensations and practice until you start to feel energy in your hands.

This is a great way to tune into energy, and you’ll be amazed at how you start feeling it more and more as you practice!

 

🌟I personally feel what I call a magnetic resistance on my hands when they are together, and tingles in my fingertips when I move my hand over an area that has pain.

 

How to Strengthen Your Psychic Abilities

 

Psychic abilities are like muscles—practicing regularly will help you strengthen them! Here are a few simple tips to help you tap into your intuition more consistently:

 

  • Practice Daily: Just like the exercise above, try to connect with your intuition every day. Start small and build up!

  • Stay Open-Minded: Don’t judge yourself or your abilities. The more open you are, the easier it will be to tune into your psychic senses.

  • Use Tools: Tarot cards, crystals, or pendulums are fun ways to tap into psychic energy. These tools act as a “translator” for your intuition and can give you new insights.

  • Meditate: The quieter your mind, the clearer your intuitive messages will be.

 

How to Trust Your Psychic Abilities

 

The more you practice, the stronger your psychic muscles become! But one thing that trips up a lot of people is self-doubt.

 

Here’s what I want to remind you of: Trust yourself. Psychic abilities are a natural gift we all have, and it takes time and practice to fully trust what you’re receiving. Even I have to remind myself that I'm capable of experiencing my souls senses daily. The more you recognize when your intuition is accurate, the more your confidence will grow.

 

A tip: Keep a journal and write down your psychic experiences—no matter how small. Even if something seems “random,” it’s important to recognize and celebrate it. The more you do this, the more you'll see the patterns, and your abilities will grow!
